Halian PSF is a skilled provider of specialist Sun Microsystems IT expertise at a local level. Our experience is drawn from our wider relationship with the Halian Group operating not only in Luxembourg but also in UK, Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland, and the USA.
Halian PSF is managed by people who are experts in providing flexible, scalable and professional IT resources across Europe, and who have the cultural, linguistic and technical skills to meet the needs of the Luxembourg financial services sector.
Our managing director is Christophe Villiere. Christophe has been with Halian Europe since 2004 joining as business manager, Europe. He was previously IT operations manager Europe for Gemstar-TV Guide and technical director development and systems for IT consultants Guidance, both based in Luxembourg.
Christophe is a qualified automation and computer science engineer and holds a diploma of advanced studies (diplôme d'études approfondies) in automation and numeric data processing.

Halian PSF’s technical architect and project manager is Phillipe Gandner. He holds a Masters in Information Technology and has been with Halian since 2006 where he acts as infrastructure architect for the European Investment Bank. He was previously senior technical consultant with the Département Technologie in Paris.
Sarah Parnell is resource manager for several large Halian technical teams based on site. She is responsible for identifying training needs with the client and then implementing these with each individual, setting realistic targets and objectives.
ITIL Foundation certified, Sarah is the first point of contact for clients and consultants alike. She makes regular onsite visits, managing support for our technicians and monitoring performance feedback.

Halian PSF recruitment is managed by Jacqueline Zignale as resource manager. Jacqueline, who trained as a recruitment consultant in France with Adecco, one of the world’s leading HR solutions providers, liaises with Halian consultants working on site and undertakes all elements of the recruitment process, from role definition and candidate selection to face to face interviews and client presentation.
